It has been alleged that Young Thug and Gunna have been charged with RICO charges
Thugger, Gunna, and 26 other members of YSL have been charged on RICO charges, as was reported by journalist Michael Seiden of the local Atlanta news station WSBTV on Monday night (May 9). Thugger was brought into jail at his house this morning after being arrested on RICO charges. According to Seiden, “The indictment includes charges of conspiring to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, murder, armed robbery, participation in criminal street gang activity.”

YSL is allegedly a “criminal street gang that started in late 2012 in the Cleveland Avenue area of ATL,” according to the accusations made by the prosecutors. According to Seiden’s findings, YSL asserts its membership in the nationwide Bloods gang.

YSL makes the assertion that they are affiliated with the nationwide Bloods gang. According to reports, the indictment states that two of Young Thug’s friends asked the rapper for permission to try to make an attempt on YFN Lucci’s life while he is doing time in prison on murder charges. This is an eye-popping revelation that was allegedly included in the document.
In a report by Seiden, it is stated that “Prosecutors allege that two associates of YSL, CHRISTIAN EPPINGER and ANTONIO SUMLIN, worked to get permission of @youngthug to make a 2nd attempt to murder @YFNLUCCI while he’s jailed in Fulton County,” This is in reference to the fact that the two men are accused of working to get permission from @youngthug.
Beginning in 2017, these two rappers were involved in a long-running rivalry with each other. Back in 2019, YFN Lucci’s Mercedes SUV was among the vehicles targeted by gunmen in Atlanta. The incident had no effect on him in any way. In January, Lucci said that he was stabbed while he was awaiting trial on accusations of murder in the facility where he was being held. Reportedly, Thug is also suspected of hiring a vehicle that was later used in the commission of a murder in 2015.
According to the indictment, “@youngthug is accused of hiring a 2014 Infiniti Q50 car from @Hertz on 1-10-15. This vehicle is said to have been utilized in the commission of the murder of Donovan Thomas, Jr., a member of a competing gang. @wsbtv,” tweeted Seiden. “PROSECUTORS: SERGIO “Gunna” KITCHENS, an associate of YSL, is accused of starring in a video uploaded on social media named “Fox 5,” while wearing a “YSL” necklace and a “Slatt” pendant, and the lyrics to the video state, “We have ten-hundred round choppers.”

A video has emerged that purports to show Young Thug being taken away in handcuffs from a residential street in Buckhead that is active with police action at the time of the incident. During the search of Young’s house, ten individuals were arrested and placed in handcuffs, according to the guy who is shooting the video.

Young Thug’s attorney, Brian Steel, has said that their client is innocent of the charges.
