Wes said he tore his bicep and chipped a tooth during the 2nd challenge
Wes, who struggled with the swinging part and eventually retired with a 20-minute time penalty, tweeted about the “Nightmare” challenge. “That’s when I tore my biceps,” he shared. “I couldn’t bend my elbow for two days, thought I had to go home but hid it until I had enough mobility to fake my arm. Rehab and time didn’t work, so I’m going to try a round of stem cells.”

Wes also explained that he picked up another issue when he fell into the water. He wrote that he “broke a tooth in the back of my mouth.” He said he wouldn’t do anything about it until he got home, but said it had gotten worse and he would eventually have to see a dentist in Panama.
“I was about to deal with it when I got home but it started cutting my tongue so bad it swelled up and I couldn’t swallow,” he shared social media. “I had to be escorted to a dentist downtown for temporary treatment.”
Other All Stars 3 cast members shared that they competed with injuries
This isn’t the first time contestants on The Challenge or the spinoff show have sustained injuries, and it likely won’t be the last. In the first two episodes to air on Paramount+, viewers already saw one competitor walk away with an injury and another speak openly about healing from All Stars 2 injuries.
