Sf6 leaked Roster: Are you eager to find out who will be included on the roster for Street Fighter 6? Although the debut of Street Fighter 6 is not expected until 2023, Capcom still has plenty of time to reveal a few more surprises for the list of characters in the game.

When compared to other entries in the series, such as Street Fighter 4, which offered 25 playable characters at debut, the underwhelming Street Fighter 5 had just 16 playable characters available at launch. It would seem that Capcom is growing from its experiences, therefore we are keeping our fingers crossed for a bigger lineup this time around.

Capcom has, in an unexpected turn of events, unveiled every character that will be joining the Street Fighter 6 roster in advance of the game’s premiere at TGS 2022, which is scheduled to take place in the following year.

Street Fighter 6 characters list

Here are the confirmed characters in the Street Fighter 6 roster so far:

  • Ryu
  • Chun Li
  • Luke
  • Jamie
  • Guile
  • Juri
  • Kimberly
  • Ken
  • E Honda
  • Blanka
  • Dhalsim
  • Manon
  • Marisa
  • Lily
  • JP
  • Dee Jay
  • Cammy
  • Zangief

Ryu facing the sun in the sky while gripping his bindle

Ryu

In Street Fighter 6, Ryu’s mission to compete against the most formidable foes from all around the world is far from complete. According to the Street Fighter Twitter account, Ryu does not think that his journey has come to an end yet as he continues to hone his fighting skills and become a more formidable opponent. His traditional gi has been modified to include a kasaya, which is a kind of robe worn by Buddhists and is comparable to the one that his teacher, Gouken, wore.

Chun Li looking into the distance as she raises her leg above her head in a fighting stance

Chun Li

Chun Li made the decision to resign from her position as an ICPO agent once it was confirmed that Shadaloo’s reign of terror had come to an end. Instead, Chun Li teaches kung fu as her day job, which has helped her become a respected part of the community in which she lives. In addition to this, she spends her time taking care of Li-Fen, one of the people who lost their lives in the Black Moon Incident in Street Fighter 5.

Luke looking directly into the camera as he readies himself to fight an opponent

Luke

The short introduction that Luke receives in Street Fighter 5 details the motivations for his desire to enlist in the military. Luke was inspired to become a member of the Special Forces by the selfless act of his father, which occurred during a terrorist assault and resulted in the death of many innocent people. Luke comes to the conclusion that he wants to try his hand at something else after having a discussion with Guile, therefore he chooses to quit the military. In Street Fighter 6, he is working as a contractor for a private military firm in the capacity that he previously held.

Jamie in a fighting stance as he looks away from the camera

Jamie

In this installment of the Street Fighter series, Jamie introduces a new combat technique called Drunken Fist. When Jamie drinks from his jug, he unlocks new special moves and obtains more choices for some of his strikes. In addition, his overall moveset becomes more diverse. He takes a lot of cues from Street Fighter 3’s Yun and Yang, two of the game’s most well-known characters. Jamie’s moveset looks to take extensively from the twins’ assaults as he merges his erratic breakdancing style with some of their lightning-fast talents. This gives the impression that Jamie’s moveset is greatly influenced by the twins.

Guile looks into the distance as he presses buttons on his smart watch

Guile

Guile, the “family man” of Street Fighter, makes his triumphant comeback in Street Fighter 6 after defeating Shadaloo and gaining closure with Charlie’s passing. Guile is still a member of the United States Air Force and may be seen wearing a blue jumpsuit in this iteration. In Street Fighter 5, he had a short role as Luke’s tutor, and now that Luke has taken a different line of work, we anticipate that these two characters will connect with one another once again.

Juri stares at her opponent as her eye shines purple

Juri

Juri makes her comeback in Street Fighter 6 with the outfit that she wore in Super Street Fighter IV. It would seem that Juri’s combat style has been enhanced, since she is now able to shoot low projectiles and execute her leaping axe kick without needing to consume any Fuha stocks. This is a welcome development. Fans will be happy to hear that Juri’s soaring dive kick has been brought back, which provides her with a fantastic new attacking option when she is airborne.

Kimberly holding a spray can as she tags a wall in front of a bright, colourful background

Kimberly

Kimberly has already received her college degree and is dedicated to achieving her goal of becoming a full-fledged ninja. She is a pupil of the ninja who is known as Guy (yep, the same Guy from Street Fighter Alpha and Final Fight). Kimberly is a big admirer of the popular culture of the 1980s, therefore she always has a tape with her that is full of old school songs and sometimes plays it while she is doing her particular routines.

Ken Masters smiling with a toothy grin as he clenches his fists together

Ken

When we last saw Ken, he was in a lot better condition than he is in Street Fighter 6, when he returns in a much more unkempt form. It may seem like he is dressed casually since he is wearing a brown coat, a black vest, and boots on top of his customary red Gi, but his fighting technique is anything from casual. To keep things interesting, Ken utilizes a wide variety of target combinations, dragon punches infused with fire, and brand new attacks.

E Honda stretching his hands out before combat in Street Fighter 6

E Honda

The legendary sumo wrestler is a new addition to the roster of Street Fighter 6, and he will be donning a different costume in addition to his customary sumo gear. The well-known Hundred Hand Slap that Honda uses on his opponents now includes an animation at the very end that stuns them. It seems that the Honda stage from Street Fighter 2 will not be making a comeback any time soon; however, this might change as the game gets closer to its release date.

Blanka with his arms out stretched as he prepares to fight in Street Fighter 6

Blanka

Blanka has reemerged, and she is now wearing a denim blue jumpsuit. It is possible that Blanka already has a DLC outfit available since his cartoon avatar from Street Fighter V can be seen in the World Tour video. Blanka’s Street Fighter 2 stage is back, and this time it has the massive tree that has a gigantic snake coiled around it.

Dhalsim locked in time as he poses between a soldier and an elephant

Dhalsim

In contrast to the majority of other characters that return in Street Fighter 6, Dhalsim’s look has not been much altered since the last time we saw him. Players who have shown patience will be glad to see that Dhalsim’s fire missiles and elastic limbs have not been damaged. Although he cannot access his Street Fighter 2 stage, it seems that Dhalsim has a stage that is set in India and has a golden statue in the backdrop.

Street Fighter 6 roster announcement

At the TGS 2022 event, Capcom presented the whole Street Fighter 6 cast for the game. It would seem that four characters are absent from the launch line-up when compared to the leak that occurred three months ago.

These four characters may appear as DLC fighters in the future:

  • Akuma
  • AKI
  • Ed
  • Rashid

Street Fighter 6 roster leaks

The lineup for Street Fighter 6 has been released, and it features eight new combatants in addition to 14 existing characters. The leaks were verified by Capcom on their Twitter account, although the characters have not been brought up in any interviews as of yet.

Here’s the leaked Street Fighter 6 roster:

  • A.K.I
  • Akuma
  • Blanka
  • Cammy
  • Dee Jay
  • Dhalsim
  • E. Honda
  • Ed
  • JP
  • Juri
  • Ken
  • Kimberly
  • Lily
  • Marisa
  • Mimi
  • Rashid
  • Zangief

A video of Cammy executing her Super Combo in the training mode has also been found online, which serves as more evidence that the original outfits will be included. In addition, Street Fighter 5 includes traditional clothes for the majority of the game’s returning characters; however, some of these getups were only obtainable via the purchase of downloadable content (DLC).
