Bill Cosby has stated that there is no evidence that Judy Huth was present at the Playboy mansion where she says that the comedian sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager back in 1974.
New court documents were filed
There are some documents that were filed on Friday by Bill’s lawyers who asked the judge for an emergency hearing, they state that Huth has changed her story just before the civil case against the infamous comedian begins.
Michael G. Freedman who is Cosby’s lawyer has mentioned that Bill would be “irreparably harmed” if there is no meeting of both sides before the May 24th trial kicks off.
The Defense presented a motion
“Defendant is filing his Motion for Terminating Sanctions on May 13, 2022 based on the fact that for the first time, days before the final pretrial status conference in this case, and little more than week before the start of trial, Plaintiff (Huth) now admits that she was not 15 years old when she was ‘abused’ by Defendant at the Playboy mansion and that the incident did not happen in 1974 as she has long claimed,” Freedman said in the motion that was presented to the court.
They are asking for the new evidence to be considered
Jennifer Bonjean who is also part of Cosby’s defense team said that Playboy Enterprises handed the visiting books and calendars from 1974 and there is no evidence that shows Huth or Samuelson had visited the mansion at that time.
The defendant’s legal team is asking for the trial to accept those records as part of the evidence.

The court documents state that Hulth was only 15 and Samuelson was 16 when they met Cosby, who later invited them to the Playboy mansion. Apparently in order for them to be allowed they had to be adults, and Cosby said they were 19.

Hulth says the comedian sexually molested her by “putting his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without consent.”
