A parody video featuring AOC and Elon Musk has gone viral.

By Srimoyee Chowdhury: If you are on Twitter quite often, you probably have come across the continuous tiff between Tesla chief Elon Musk and US Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. The not-so-courteous encounter between the US Congresswoman and Musk about the blue tick subscription model, free speech and other policies made headlines quite frequently. But now, both of these popular faces have grabbed the attention of netizens for a completely hilarious reason.

A parody video shared by Twitter user Maze Moore that features AOC and Musk has gone viral. No, they did not have a face-off if you’re thinking so. The Twitter user edited clips of Musk and AOC’s interviews together to make it look like the duo had sorted their differences and were on the path of ‘something new’. Even netizens were confused at first and confessed that they had ‘amazing chemistry’.

Take a look:

With over 10 million views, the clip also caught the attention of the Tesla chief. He commented on the post with an emoji that showed a heart made with hands.

People didn’t waste time in churning out memes about the duo ending up together. Many pointed out that if something happened between the two it would definitely blow up the internet. Some shared edited images of AOC and Musk with funny jokes as well.

What a dramatic music. 🤣😂

Footage of Ocasio-Cortez was taken from a “60 Minutes” interview that she conducted with CBS’ Anderson Cooper in 2019.
The Musk footage was edited from a December 2018 interview that the Tesla boss gave to “60 Minutes” correspondent Leslie Stahl.
