2023 Men’s Hockey Junior Asia Cup day 5 schedule, date, venue, latest scores, & participating teams

India and Pakistan are both off to a winning start in the Men’s Hockey Junior Asia Cup 2023, being undefeated thus far. The Indian hockey team defeated Chinese Taipei 18-0 to start their campaign, and then battled back against Japan in their last game to win 3-1 after falling down. The Pakistani hockey team, on the other hand, defeated Thailand 9-0 in their second game after crushing Chinese Taipei 15-1 in their opening contest. Both sides have six points after two games, with Pakistan leading Pool A only on the strength of goal differential. Japan is third with three points after two games and plays Chinese Taipei earlier on Saturday.

It’s possible that the outcome of the match, which will be contested at the Salalah Sports Complex in Oman, will determine Pool A’s makeup for the Men’s Junior Asia Cup in 2023. The hockey game between India and Pakistan will be aired live in India and is set to begin at 9:30 PM IST.
