2023 501st Clone Troopers Battle Pack (75345)

501st fans attention! A sequel or expansion set is being created for the ever-popular 501st Legion Clone Troopers set that was released in 2020. Confirmed is set 75345, which will be a more typical battle pack set with 119 pieces and will cost $20 when it launches on January 1, 2023. This set is ideal for army construction and will be available. The following may be a minifigure:

1 x Officer of the 501st

2 Heavy Troopers to be exact

1x 501st Specialist/Sniper

The new AT-TE soldiers that were released in 2022 arrived with a new design of helmet that had accessory attachment side holes, and these new minifigures will have the same style of helmet. The photograph of the box that was accidentally published online shows a revised blue visor piece, which would be a significant upgrade over the cumbersome and out of date visor attachment component that is currently available. A range finder attachment will also be available for the helmets, in addition to other accessories such as newly developed macro binoculars.

It has taken me by surprise how well the canon model turned out (especially for a battle pack set). The construction seems to be sturdy, and it appears to have the capacity to rotate as well as move up and down. Additionally, it appears to have managed to contain a full-sized spring shooter.

However, the vast majority of fans will purchase this kit just for the minifigures and the ability to build armies. (You’d best pick up this set quickly if you want the matching 501st Legion Troopers from 2020, since it’s going out of production at the end of the year!)

2023 TIE Bomber (75347)

In 2003, when set 4479 was released, LEGO Star Wars enthusiasts finally got their hands on an official TIE Bomber for the first aircraft in a very long time. This antique model was first sold in stores for $30, but it can now be purchased on eBay for more than $200. There are various MOC versions that are available for purchase, such as this one from Brick Vault, however LEGO has not released an official version in nearly two decades.

Fans of LEGO Star Wars will recall that the TIE Bomber was awarded third place in the fan vote for the 2020 Ultimate Collector’s Set. Therefore, even though the new 75347 playset version that will be released in 2023 won’t be of UCS caliber or size, it will still be a very welcome addition to the overall lineup at the price of $65. It is speculated that the TIE Bomber will come with three different minifigures, including a pilot, Darth Vader, and a Gonk Droid. The TIE Bomber will most likely have the same size as the 2021 TIE Fighter.

*A photograph of the TIE Bomber has been discovered online, and it looks really incredible. Check back here regularly, as this page will be updated as soon as we get any new information on the topic.

Tusken Raider BrickHeadz (40615)

*This article has been updated to reflect that the 2023 Tusken Raider set is already viewable on LEGO.com!

The BrickHeadz family is expanding, and this fantastic set with 152 pieces is a wonderful complement to it. The posable Tusken Raider has an impressive design and is being marketed as a set from Episode IV: A New Hope, despite the fact that it is really a Tusken from the most current Book of Boba Fett series.

This specific example of a Tusken Raider is outfitted with his dependable gaffi stick, a blaster, and a utility belt, and it is mounted on a little black baseplate.

I just like how peculiar and one-of-a-kind all of these BrickHeadz usually seem, and I can’t wait till 2023 to add this particular figure to my collection.

2023 Boba Fett’s Starship Microfighter (75344)

Leaked box front image

I’ve always had the impression that they were extremely nicely designed ships for children, and they come in at a terrific price point of ten dollars, but the LEGO Star Wars community as a whole doesn’t give the Microfighter series the credit it deserves. (And it just so happens that my son, who is six years old, just loves collecting the Microfighter series.)

After the release of Mando’s Razor Crest Microfighter the year before, many fans speculated that the next version would be a miniature version of Boba Fett’s Slave 1 Starship, which would be based on the Book of Boba Fett television series. We can now confirm that this will be set 75344, and it will be available later this year.

Images of the game’s packaging that were leaked online reveal a decent-looking build that, for some reason, brings back the flick fire rockets from previous years. While I can understand the memories, I’ve always had the impression that they were a bit more difficult to operate (particularly for children), and once they were fired, they left a gaping hole that looked awful aesthetically. The current stud launches are my personal favorite.

Regardless, this seems to be a worthy addition to the roster of Microfighter products. The Boba Fett figure features printing on the arms and legs, but LEGO continues to refuse to rectify the mismatched green color on the helmet and torso of the figure, which is frustrating.

On January 1, 2023, you may anticipate the arrival of this little yet powerful fighter.

2023 LEGO Diorama Sets

Set 75352 may be purchased for $100, and set 75353 can be purchased for $80. I am very thrilled to learn that the 18+ diorama series will be continuing, and that two new sets will be added to the current series. The launch is scheduled to take place some time in April of 2023.

It comes as a surprise that LEGO will be producing yet another Throne Room set, considering we’ve already had two of them in the last five years; nonetheless, we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the new 75352 diorama version will be distinctive enough to warrant the $100 price tag. It has been speculated that there would be a total of 5 minifigures included in the set; thus, I will assume that it will have the classic characters Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, Luke, and two throne chamber guards.

Regarding the 75353 Endor Speeder Bike diorama scenario, I believe that we will get at least two speeder bikes, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that one of the four included minifigures will be a Wicket minifigure (or another Ewok).

You can anticipate both of these new sets to be intended for adults over the age of 18 and to include the same understated black box art, buildable base, and plaque as the other three 2022 diorama sets now available.

Finally – LEGO Clone Wars Helmets for 2023!

Commander Cody Helmet Moc

Collectors of the LEGO helmet series will be overjoyed to learn that we will finally be receiving buildable helmets from the Clone Wars period. The helmet sets 75349 Captain Rex and 75350 Commander Cody have been confirmed to be available. It seems a little strange that rumors are pointing towards a Phase 1 Cody helmet, especially when considering the excitement surrounding the Phase 2 Commander Cody that will be included in the 2022 AT-TE.

The identity of the third helmet has not yet been revealed; all that we currently know is that helmet set 75356 is available exclusively at LEGO stores (it could be an Endor helmet). Leave a comment below if you’ve heard any further rumors regarding what this one may be if you have.

The release of these three new helmets will take place on March 1st, 2023, bringing the total number of buildable Star Wars helmets to 11. For those keeping score at home, this is significant news.

The Mandalorian Season 3 LEGO Sets

Leaked Video: The 2023 LEGO Star Wars Sets LEAKED! 67

Keep an eye on this page for any new information; as of right now, we know that two Mandalorian Season 3 sets will be released in the first half of 2023: set 75346 for the price of $35, and set 75348 for the price of $100.

It has been speculated that the $100 set would be a two-ship starfighter against set combination, most likely debuting as Mandalorian Fang Fighter versus TIE Interceptor. Because it has been more than six years since Lego released a set with the “vs” theme, this rumor is particularly interesting. With 957 pieces in the set, each ship should have approximately 500 pieces, which enables a build that is fairly detailed despite the fact that there are 957 pieces total.

It has been speculated that the minifigures will be Mando, Bo-Katan, and a Tie Pilot; however, this is not completely confirmed at this time.

Mandalorian season 3 vs. set rumors

The second rumored Mandalorian set is an intriguing one; rumors point to a ship called the “Pirate Snub-Fighter,” which, as true fans will remember, is comparable to the 2013 build of the Z-95 Headhunter Clone Wars set, which is both extremely rare and highly coveted:

Aside from the fact that it will be based on The Mandalorian Season 3, nothing more about the set is known at this time, including the minifigures and other features.

2023 LEGO Star Wars UCS Set 75355

At this time, there is not a whole lot that is known about the 2023 UCS set. Initial speculation points to a model with a price tag of $240 (set #75355) that will be on sale on May 4th.

In addition, a second free promo set (set #40591) will be sent on May 4 with the UCS set; however, there is currently no information available on the particulars of this offer. If you missed out on the incredible Lars Family Homestead Kitchen set that was given away as a gift this year, you may get it on eBay; in the meanwhile, let’s keep our fingers crossed that the LEGO team raises the bar even further and comes up with something comparable for 2023!
