A video of a furious fight between two guys at a gym has gone popular on social media. The film of the heated argument shows the men throwing blows until spectators ultimately moved in to break it up. The video has been seen more than a million times.
The video, which was uploaded to several social media platforms on Wednesday, showed two guys fighting for about two minutes in front of a crowded gym at Fitness Connection.
When the battle first started, it seemed like both fighters were trying to avoid being hit by the other’s fists. Even now, one of the spectators can be heard wondering aloud whether or not they are really playing.
At that point, the guy in red finally hits one of his punches, which causes the other man to fall to the ground.
Both guys began to viciously assault one another, which caused the conflict to soon escalate into a more serious state.
On the video, a lady can be seen making an effort to break up the fight while she is on the phone; nonetheless, the altercation continued for about two minutes until many members of the gym ultimately intervened to put a stop to it.
Fox News Digital received confirmation on Friday from a spokeswoman for Fitness Connection that the event occurred on Tuesday inside one of the company’s sites. She did not identify the precise location of the facility, citing the need to protect the members’ right to privacy.
According to a statement released by Fitness Connection, “We are aware of an incident that occurred inside one of our locations on November 29, 2022,”
“As always, the health and safety of our members and Teammates is of the utmost importance and Fitness Connection strongly condemns any acts of violence, especially within our facilities.” says the company’s mission statement.
It was not immediately obvious if or whether police enforcement had been informed of the events that occurred.
